FAMM - Friday 02 March!!!

The sun is rising slightly later, the tans are getting more entrenched and theathlete numbers keep growing. Nothing like starting the weekend with a 'casual' jog round the southern face of lions head, round to views over the sleeping rich and up the path to the Lion's back.

From there it is a choice to head back to the car (depending on how dedicated you are to work) or across to signal hill for an early morning nookie patrol!

So bring your A game, a smile and leave your weeks stress somewhere on themountain.... bru!
