This Sunday sees the running of the Cape Town Marathon. This is Andre's first marathon and one of many more I'm sure. Despite his keen desire to join the EYB troops on the mountains over ther past few months, his focus and committment towards the big 42.2km on Sunday has been extreme and inspirational to say the least. From all accounts his preparation has been very solid and he is fully pumped for the start come 5:30am on Sunday morning (polly pant, vaso's, and vest all ready to rock)!!

Andre, its an unbelievable day out, despite all the aches and pains that come with the territory! Make the most of it and the second you cross that line... it all suddenly makes sense, and the planning starts for the next one!!!

Have a great run and look out for some eager EYB supporters that will be lining the route. We'll keep our location a secret to ensure you stay on your toes!!!!
