FAMM - FRIDAY 22nd Feb - Trail 'jogging' at it's best!!!
Tomorrow's FAMM sees us on an awesome circular traverse route around the majestic Lion's Head. I cannot think of many cities in the world that would allow such an amazing start to a Friday!! Views are spectacular and the pace will be super super chilled!
The emphasis during FAMM is to stay as a group and accommodate all abilities so please feel free to join in, even if you completely new to the trails of Cape Town! If any trail junkies feel the need for speed, then a separate group can be formed if needs be!
