EYB SINGLE TRACK!!

Athletes,

FAMM this morning saw about 15 old and new faces traverse the trails of Lions Head and it once again proved to be an epic Cape Town Friday Morning!! Thanks to all those who came out to start their weekend in true style!!

EYB is always very keen to explore the mountains of the Cape, but hopefully in the next few weeks it'll be EYB-on-wheels! We are keen to get together either in the Tokai Forest, Deer Park or Silvermine area's and will split the groups depending on riding ability!

So... dust off the bike, and keep an eye on the blog over the next few weeks for details on the start of EYB SINGLE TRACK.

No hike on Sunday unfortunately, but for those who ARE getting out there this weekend, stay safe and please feel free to send us your photos and stories!
