FAMM postponed
After consecutive weeks of exploring the trails of Cape Town, this week's FAMM takes a break due to some unforeseen work constraints, twisted ankles and overseas trips! If anyone is heading out there tomorrow morning for a Lion's head walk or trail run please let us know and we will spread the word to a building community of trail enthusiasts! Thanks for all your support over the last few weeks and hopefully the early light will allow for a few more magical mornings on our mountains before winter creeps into our souls!
If we can get a team together for a hike this Sunday we will let you know, please feel free to mail us if you are heading out. Good luck to all those tapering for next week's Old Mutual Two Oceans Ultra and Half marathon, may your last week bring you all the rest your mind and body needs to break that PB record!
